My name is Nathalie Crivelli, I am a personal trainer, nutrition coach and yoga instructor with stately-approved licence and over 20 years of experience in fitness and nutrition.
I live in Berlin and I specialize in fat-loss and Body Sculpting for women.
My services are for all levels and I train my clients mostly at John Reed Women's Club
(costs of gym and spa-area inclusive), but also at all other John Reed studios in Berlin.
Online coaching and private gym training is also possible.

"Body Sculpting“ is a particular combination of nutrition and strength trainig of mine, where you will not (!) get large and bulky like a bodybuilder, but you will lose fat and become more defined and harmonically shaped.
Body Sculpting gives you a small waist, a round butt, strong arms, and a healthy and straight back with graceful posture (here is also where my experience as a yoga teacher and former ballerina comes into play - see my fitness story here).
With my science-based and personally tested methods, I want to show you that you do not have to train on beast-mode daily or that you are not allowed to eat certain foods, because my fitness philosophy is all about balance, consistency and physical / mental well-being.
